How do we prepare orders?

We have professional warehouses and personnel. Once you place an order, we will process and ship the package according to your address. It may take 1- 3 business days to process and ship the package.

Your tracking code is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the logistics tracking websites. How Long Does The Shipping Take?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Is An Exchange Possible If The Shoes Don't Fit Me?

Yes, if you find your new shoes don’t fit, you can start an exchange by emailing service@orthoture.com, and we’ll get back to you promptly to process an exchange.

Is The Return Free Of Charge?

We do not offer free returns at this time. However, we do offer free standard shipping on shoe orders. We will send you a free pair of shoes for defects or warranty claims. Returns can be initiated by emailing service@orthoture.com
